IPC v1.4 - October 11, 2013

	- Added the option to show the "Launch SSA and copy" part of IPC in the settings.txt (to change it from true [default]
	  to false please add the line "showssa=false" to your settings.txt)
	  This option is primarily for users who are no IPO admins but still want to use IPC (for example for server management)
	- Caught some exceptions which resulted in IPC immediately crashing on start (including the bug where IPC would not start
	  after upgrading to 1.3 and not adding the property bgcolor to settings.txt)
	  IPC will now start even if settings.txt exists but is completely empty
	- The settings window will now automatically close after clicking "Open ips.txt/settings.txt" (just a minor convenience change)
	- IPC.jar can now be renamed to whatever you want (except for the .jar of course ;D)
	  On startup IPC now scans the folder it was started from for .jar files and uses this information for the restart feature
	  Please make sure there are no other .jar files in the same folder or the restart button will close IPC and start the
	  last .jar file it could find in the folder
	- Added some basic logging to IPC (ipclog.log). Most actions you take are now logged which will allow for some basic troubleshooting
	  I tried to phrase everything as clear as possible so you might be able to find errors yourself
