IPC v1.3 - October 10, 2013

	- This update is completely cosmetic adding a "Set Color" Button in the settings which allows you to set the basic
	  background color of IPC (restart IPC for the new color to take effect)
	- IMPORTANT: Please add a new line to your settings.txt with "bgcolor=-12566464" (without the quotes) or simply delete
	  settings.txt and start IPC which will create a new file automatically including the new line
	  (WITHOUT THIS LINE IPC WON'T START!)
